JAM ON! JAM ON!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANA! Hope you have a great time at your celebration at the park (along with Rita) this weekend. Sorry I can't make it!!!

Yeah, so this past weekend was awesome. One of the funnest weekends I've had in a long time. A lot of us headed up to San Francisco for Jenn and Cesar's wedding. Open bar, good friends, and seeing 2 friends get married makes for a really fun time.

Cat and I flew up on Friday afternoon and basically just chilled with Cat's cousin at the Cheesecake Factory on top of Macy's in Union Square. They were there waiting for the midnight madness to start at the Border's for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I couldn't make it there because I met up with James, Tommy, Serena, Rita, and Shawn at Ana Mandera. Chilean sea bass is my mostest favorite fish....Cat knows that if it's on the menu I'll probably order it. And that's what I got here. Soooooooooo good. Afterwards, we were debating on meeting up with everyone else at some club that Sherwin recommended but everyone was tired. James dropped me off at Border's where I met up with Cat and her cousins.

That place was packed with a lot of people in costume (including Cat and her cousin). I was just busy reading Book 5. Yeah, I wasn't really a Harry Potter fan until I saw the latest movie. Harry Potter And the Order of the Phoenix is the first movie that made me want to read the book. Cat and her cousin eventually got her book and immediately started to read when they got back home.

Saturday was the wedding day. The church was really nice and the ceremony was good too. The funny part was sitting near Keno who was sweating his ass off and rolling up his sleeves and pant legs just to keep cool! HA! After the wedding we headed to the reception and to the open bar!!! Hurry and load up on drinks!!! Yeah, it was good times just downing drink after drink and just talking and catching up with old friends. The reception was sooooo much fun. Open bar makes everything fun...plus they had a photo booth there too! How awesome is that?!?!? Yeah, you know you have a great time when you don't remember some of the stuff that happens. I honestly don't remember some of the stuff that I did even though there's pictures of me doing it! HA HA HA! Good times. Congratulations Jenn and Cesar!!! Thanks for the great wedding and great reception!

Yeah, I drank so much that night and I made the mistake of not following up all that alcohol with water because about 4am I woke up and threw up. Ahhhhh...felt so much better after that. Good times. Cat was pretty much hung over the whole Sunday too.

So that was my weekend. I finished book 5 and it was great, I'm almost finished with book 6, and hopefully soon I'll finish book 7. Yahoo!!! Hope you all have a great week.

ABANTE AKO!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAMES!!!! WOO HOO!!! He's over in New York/Boston right now. I'm sure he's gonna have a great 4th of July watching fireworks over there. Must be nice!!!

This weekend was another great but busy weekend. Friday night went down to SD for a guys celebration of Cesar's upcoming wedding. We had to wake up early on Saturday (most of us only got 2 hours sleep) to go on a fishing trip. It was good times even though I didn't catch any fish at all. BOOOO!!! Yeah, I'm glad that I don't get motion sickness though, because there were a handful of people on that boat that were sick the moment the boat started to move. Sucks to be them. But yeah, I didn't catch ANYTHING! What the hell?!?!? I did get 2 bites though....the first one broke my line, so it must've been a big fish. The 2nd one I caught was a baby barracuda, too small to keep. BOOO!!!! It was good times though.

I had to leave after fishing to head back home. Yeah, I missed out on the late night festivities because I had to go to Chris and Iya's wedding shower on Sunday. Plus I went to the Padres vs. Dodgers game. Before the game we predrank at this bar down the street because we were told that the all you can eat pavillion didn't have alcohol. WHAT?! Yeah, good thing for us they were wrong. We walked for like a freaking mile uphill to the stadium from the bar and immediately headed to the conessions. We were in the all you can eat pavillion and we just started stuffing our faces. I think I was way too excited because I ate 2 hot dogs and some nachos while waiting for Cat as she went to the restroom. Yeah, I got full way too fast, I didn't pace myself at all. I only ate like 2 more hotdogs and another nacho and some peanuts after that. It was a really good game and the Padres won in extra innings.

After the game, Cat and I checked into our hotel room at the Glendale Hilton (didn't wanna drive back to OC just to have to drive back to LA the next morning). Apparently, there was a McMillan family reunion there. I didn't think anything of it until I saw the people. The guys looked normal, but it was all the women and girls that were so overdone. I assumed they were all from Boston at first, but some of them talked like they had strong New York, Long Island, New Jersey accents. ALL the women and girls had tons of makeup on...even the 3 year old twin girls that I saw (they looked like they were in a beauty pageant). The girls were all wearing either short ass shorts or really low cut jeans. ALL the females had designer LV purses (probably fake) even the 3 year old girls! And they were all done up like they were in a fancy place...I can understand if you were in Vegas maybe or even staying in Beverly Hills...but the Glendale Hilton? Come on! HA HA HA! I kept on telling Cat that they are probably from the Irish maffia or something.

Sunday was Chris and Iya's wedding shower. It was good seeing all the LA Peeps again. I haven't seen them in forever and I've really missed them. You know you have good friends too when they make you feel welcome and almost embarrassed when you see them again. Cat and I walked in and they just started to clap. Yeah, that made me feel really good. It was good times seeing everyone and hanging out with everyone. Sorry Chris and Iya that we won't be able to make it to the wedding though. I know you guys will have an awesome time though.

Yeah, that was my weekend. I still kinda need to recover from it. Good thing that we have tomorrow off. So have a safe and happy INDEPENDENCE DAY!!! YAHOO!!!! Such is the life of Joe...
